Scope

Built and continue to own the Android UI Kit for La Poste’s design system, after contributing to the Design System initial foundations and core structure .

Process

I was and still am part of the team in charge of the construction of a unified design system for La Poste’s post office devices, which include desktop computers for employees, Android phones for mobile operations, and touchscreens used by customers. Previously, each device had its own distinct set of buttons, colors, and components, resulting in inconsistent experiences. The goal was to harmonize the UI and UX across all three platforms while respecting La Poste’s brand guidelines. We aimed to create interfaces that not only felt visually cohesive but also light, native, and immediately familiar to users, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive interaction across the entire ecosystem.

Solution

La Poste now has its own operational Design System for internal devices and services.
